Position Summary

You are a tech-savvy, brand focused professional with an interest in joining a nimble and growing team in Atlanta. As the Account Manager, you will head up day to day communications with a rotating list of clients across industries from restaurants to healthcare, guide them through branding and development processes, and translate their needs back to our team. You are comfortable communicating creative and technology focused concepts and have experience working in environments with a similar focus.

Position Responsibilities

Client Success

Build relationships with our diverse client roster which includes day to day contact, planning for upcoming content, organizing project timelines, and offering guidance through every step of a project. This requires flexibility and an on-going knowledge of client and agency status to properly communicate needs both ways. Client communication and relationship building is your priority.

Part of this success includes managing the client ecosystem. Light tasks such as file distribution and organization, potential WordPress updates, high level reports for retainer clients, and asset requests will be part of day to day communications.

Understand the Process

Establish a deep understanding of agency processes including branding, development, and strategy. As the key liaison between clients and our team, a deep knowledge of each stage of our work flow and agency is essential to all of our shared success. Coordination and communication with development and design project managers will be frequent and detailed.

Translate Ideas

As an experienced brand and technology professional, you will be responsible for explaining creative, strategic, and digital ideas in layman’s terms from team to client and vice versa. This will range from scheduling to creative feedback to detailed development questions.

Position Requirements

– 5+ years experience working in creative branding, advertising, web, digital, or similar agency.

– Strong communication skills and the ability to convey creative, digital, and account based ideas to and from clients.

– Knowledge of design and comfort with basic lingo and concepts.

– Organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

– Experience discussing budgets and the ability to speak about money comfortably.

– Digital and design knowledge such as WordPress or Adobe are not required, but preferred.
