Our team took on an eight-week sprint to optimize Willie’s online ordering and build a strong foundation in Olo (their enterprise online ordering platform). This concentrated effort increased orders through the site from 1% to 10% essentially overnight and experiences created ongoing growth as we work to continuously refine the online ordering experience.


Metric-Driven Digital Marketing

Through extensive market research and A/B testing, we’ve built strategic data sets around e-club members, online orders, and even specific region segmentation to make sure marketing efforts are maximized to the fullest extent. We’ve integrated real time Facebook and Olo reporting so data is always accurate and timely — no vanity stats or fluffing the numbers necessary. This allows for continuous evolution and optimization.


Creative Executions

From promoting limited time offers to stylized photo shoots to t-shirts and in-store marketing material, we’ve worked on a number of creative executions with the Willie’s marketing team to promote their beloved Texan brand.

The most impressive thing about 3 Owl is their ability to deliver long-term solutions. 3 Owl started by building a new website geared towards converting web traffic into trackable sales. The site skyrocketed online order conversion from 1% to 17% overnight.  Guest data capture helped grow our e-club membership by 12%. They took an archaic website and turned the platform into a revenue driver that integrated with our social strategy and spend.
